Marketing Coordinator:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager of Opimian, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating all marketing activities, as well as preparing all material, for online marketing, website optimization, social media activity, email campaigns, as well as supporting the marketing team on various projects. The incumbent will also manage marketing projects working with third-party agencies, freelancers, writers/translators and blog contributors to deliver effective campaigns that will add value to existing members or attract new members.

As a growing organization, this is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual marketer who enjoys working with senior leadership to apply strategic and analytical insights towards initiatives that deliver measurable growth and directly contribute to the success of the organization.

Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, the receptionist is responsible to provide a high level of customer service, especially over the phone, and to assist the Executive Assistant by providing administrative support to the management team according to the needs.

Liquor Board & Supplier Relations

The Liquor Board and Supplier Relations is responsible for one or more functional operations and one or more channels within the coordination and liaison functions with the provincial liquor boards across Canada and suppliers. The Liquor Board and Supplier Relations is responsible for planning and executing the daily activities associated with assigned functional areas within the logistics of the wine shipments for members. The Liquor Board and Supplier Relations manages assigned processes. The Liquor Board and Supplier Relations provides administrative assistance to the Manager, Wine Sourcing & Logistics.
